This was a dream come true: my first real celebrity interview! We met up with Miguel while he was in Vancouver on tour with Alicia Keys and interviewed him about his lyrics and songwriting.

Something cool about working for MetroLyrics is that we try to look at music through the lens of songwriting and lyrics, and artists aren't often asked about those things. In turn, lots of the people we've talked to (not myself first-hand, as this was my first) have been really excited and appreciative of the chance to discuss songwriting.
